At Play Paws Rewind, I offer personalized, science based behaviour support, focusing on the root cause of your dog’s behaviour rather than just the symptoms. Each consultation is tailored to your dog’s unique needs, helping to build trust, confidence, and lasting change.
What You Need Before Booking
Veterinary Referral: In line with APBC guidelines, a referral from your primary vet is required before beginning behavioural support. This ensures any underlying medical conditions are considered first.
Pre-Assessment Questionnaire:
Once your referral is received, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed Canine Behaviour Questionnaire alongside the Veterinary Referral Form. Both documents are required to begin the consultation process.
To make things easier, you can download the Canine Behaviour Questionnaire here and fill it in advance. At the bottom of this page you will find the submission form, where you can upload both the completed questionnaire and the referral form together.
Consultation Fee: Payment will be requested alongside your submission to confirm your booking.
What to Expect
Initial Consultation: Lasts around two hours, either in-person or online via Zoom.
Behaviour Report: A full written report and tailored behavior plan delivered within three working days.
Ongoing Support: Email support for up to two months, with a follow-up consultation usually booked at around four weeks.
Insurance Coverage
Many pet insurance companies cover behaviour counseling with APBC members. Please check with your provider to see if your policy applies.
