We use the information you give us to provide our services, to keep in touch with you about appointments and updates, and to maintain records for business and legal purposes. Information about your dog may be used to tailor advice and ensure their wellbeing. We do not sell or share your personal details for marketing purposes. In some cases, and only where appropriate, we may share information with trusted third parties such as payment processors, IT service providers, or veterinary professionals if it is in your dog’s best interest and with your consent.

If you have agreed to receive occasional updates, training tips, or marketing emails, we will only contact you for these purposes with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

We handle your information under UK data protection law on the basis of contract (to provide the services you request), legal obligation (for example HMRC record-keeping), legitimate interests (to run and improve our services), or consent (for example if you agree to us using a photo of your dog).

Retention of data

We keep client records for as long as they are needed, generally up to seven years for legal and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking may be retained for up to twelve months. Photographs and social media content are only kept with your explicit permission, and we will remove them immediately if you withdraw your consent.

Children’s information

Our services are aimed at adults responsible for dogs. If a young handler is involved in training sessions, we will only collect personal details from the parent or guardian and never directly from the child.

Third-party services and international transfers
Our website may include links to other websites or resources. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. If any services we use store or process data outside the UK (for example email or booking platforms), they do so under safeguards that comply with UK GDPR.
